What to try first
Start with a two-node loop. Flip the edge sign, then gradually increase magnitudes until the system oscillates. Add a third node and watch for dampening or runaway.
Time and level
About 8 to 12 minutes. Beginner friendly. It is one of the fastest ways to feel positive and negative feedback without any equations.
